| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na postavení odborů v pracovněprávních vztazích v České republice. Z uvedeného je patrné, že hlavní váha této práce je soustředěna do analýzy recentních právních norem, utřídění, nalezení jejich smyslu a komparací. Z rozsáhlé judikatury jsem se soustředila na ta rozhodnutí, která přinášejí buď nové pohledy na příslušná ustanovení, nebo je vyjasňují, upřesňují nebo některým směrem posouvají a tyto judikáty jsem v práci citovala. Ambicí této práce byl originální pohled na postavení odborových organizací v pracovněprávních vztazích z hlediska recentního práva, judikatury a konečně i závěry v tomto směru, včetně možných postupů soudních. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the position of trade unions in industrial relations the Czech Republic. As the above outline suggests, the main focus of this thesis is to analyse recent regulations, organise them into a system and find their intended construction and comparisons. Considering the vast amount of court judgments in this area, I have focused on those providing new insights into or better understanding and clarification of the regulations at hand, citing them in the thesis. The thesis strives to provide a comprehensive and original insight into the position of trade unions in industrial relations in the Czech Republic with respect to recent legislation and court judgments as well as the resulting conclusions, including possible court practice. |
