| Abstract: | Tématem příspěvku je manuální zručnost a tvořivost studentek oboru učitelství pro mateřské školy Pedagogické Fakulty Univerzity J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem. V úvodu jsou obě témata zpracována teoreticky, definována je manuální zručnost jako součást psychomotorické stránky osobnosti každého jedince a tvořivost jako jeden z velmi důležitých aspektů profese učitele. Hlavní část příspěvku tvoří popis realizovaného kvantitativního výzkumu uvedených složek osobnosti. Uvedeny jsou hlavní cíle výzkumu a na jejich základě navržené hypotézy. Popsána je metodologie výzkumného šetření, charakteristika výzkumného vzorku, použité nástroje a metodika statistického vyhodnocení výsledků. Pro měření úrovně manuální zručnosti byl využit Purdue Pegboard test a pro měření tvořivosti Urbanův figurální test tvořivého myšlení. Vlastní výzkum se zabývá vlivem vstupních proměnných, jako jsou průběh a zaměření vzdělání respondentů, jejich rodinné zázemí, kroužky a záliby v dětství, na úroveň rozvoje manuální zručnosti a tvořivost respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou popsány, zpracovány v tabulkách a diskutovány, v závěru článku jsou z nich vyvozena doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the paper is the relationship between manual skills and creativity of pre-service kindergarten teachers – students of the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of J. Purkyne in Usti nad Labem. Both topics are theoretically elaborated in the introduction. The manual skill is defined as part of the psychomotor aspect of each person and creativity is defined as one of the most important features of the teacher's profession. The description of the quantitative research carried out on the above-mentioned personality components forms the main part of the contribution. The main research objectives are also presented as well as proposed hypotheses based on them. The methodology of the research survey, the characteristics of the research sample, the tools used and the methodology of the statistical evaluation of the results are described. To measure the level of manual skills, the Purdue Pegboard test was used, and Urban's figurative test of creative thinking was used to measure creativity. The research itself deals with the influence of input variables, such as the course and focus of the education of respondents, their family backgrounds, childhood hobbies on the level of manual skills development and the creativity of respondents. The research results are widely described, discussed, and recommendations for the practice are drawn as well. |
