Abstract in different language:	This article focuses on the identification of attitudes of industrial enterprises to access to public financial resources and attitudes to selected factors which have an impact on involvement of industrial enterprises in RDI. Attention is focused on the extent of support from public sources and tax relief representing incentives, as well as on access to information about support from public sources and bureaucratic burden representing barriers. The analytical part is based on a quantitative analysis of data obtained from 168 organizations by the Institute for Evaluations and Social Analysis; the data was obtained in 2014. The analysis of data indicates that tax relief is a very important instrument for involvement of industrial enterprises, although enterprises are generally not content with the setting of this incentive.
