| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je věnována tématu sociální exkluze v České republice a Evropské unii. Cílem mé práce bylo osvětlit čtenáři pojem exkluze jako takový, popsat vznik tohoto jevu, vymezit příčiny a chyby systému, které ho způsobují a jaké následky má život v podmínkách sociální exkluze. Zpočátku práce je vymezen pojem exkluze a jeho historický kontext. Poté popsány indikátory, složky sociální exkluze a následky života v exkluzi. Část je také věnována kultuře chudoby asociální práci, ať už v jejím pozitivním smyslu, tak ze strany jejích problémů a dysfunkcí. Závěr práce je věnovaný sociální exkluzi rámci Evropské unie. |
| Abstract in different language: | Defining the term of the social exclusion in the Czech Republic and European Union is the main topic of this diploma thesis. Its aim is to specify this term and describe its formation, to search for the causes and errors made in the system of social care together with their sources and consequences caused by living under the conditions of social exclusion. In the beginning of this thesis, there is a definition of a term of exclusion by itself in the context of history followed by its indicators, components of social exclusion and consequences which had led to the life apart from the community. Secondly, there are mentioned the terms such as "the culture of poverty" and social care either in the positive meaning of their influence or in the way referring to the problems and disharmony that they might cause. In the end, there is a part dedicated to the term of social exclusion and its role within the European Union. |
