Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení přínosu tenké vrstvy ZrN/TiAlN pro zvýšení korozní odolnosti tepelných upínačů. Zvolené korozní testy simulovaly podmínky námořní přepravy, manipulace a tepelné upínání. |
Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of the contribution of thin film to increase corrosion resistance of shrink fit chucks. The samples with thin film are compared to conventional shrink fit chucks with mass finishing surface and shot peened surface samples. Diploma thesis compares the corrosion resistance of surface finishing and suitability of the mass finishing and shot peening process in terms of corrosion resistance. The corrosion tests simulated conditions of sea transportation, handling and thermal clamping. |
