| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou podnikové údržby a jejím cílem je nastudovat teorii údržby a popsat základní metody údržby, které zajišťují provozuschopnost výrobních linek v podniku. Cílem praktické části této práce je vytvořit prováděcí předpis z hlediska preventivní údržby pro jednu konkrétní výrobní linku. Nejprve je popsán původní stav údržbářských činností na dané výrobní lince a dále jsou zanalyzovány požadavky technologie. Poté je navrhnut nový plán údržby, který je zároveň časově zhodnocen. V poslední části práce je vytvořen samotný předpis pro preventivní údržbu a standardy čištění pro operátory jako údržbu autonomní. Závěrem je popsán přínos této práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of corporate maintenance and its aim is to study the maintenance theory and to describe basic maintenance methods that ensure the operability of the production lines in the company. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is to create an implementing regulation in the point of view of preventive maintenance for one particular production line. Firstly is described the initial state of maintenance activities on the given production line and the technology requirements are analyzed. Then a new maintenance plan is proposed, which is also evaluated according the time. In the last part of the thesis is created the preventive maintenance regulation and the cleaning standards for operators as autonomous maintenance. In conclusion, the contribution of this work is described. |
