| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku průmyslového závodu DURA Automotive CZ, k.s. Sledovaný závod se nachází v Jihočeském kraji v SO ORP Blatná. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. V první části práce jsou stanovené cíle, rozbor odborné literatury, ze které bylo čerpáno a metodika, která je v práci využita. Druhá část popisuje region, ve kterém se zkoumaný závod nachází. Region je charakterizován z fyzicko-geografického, ale především ze socioekonomického hlediska. Ve třetí části je charakterizován vybraný závod. Jeho historie, hlavní činnost, postavení v globálních produkčních sítích, lokalizační faktory a organizační struktura. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na pracovní sílu závodu. Konkrétně na personální politiku, vývoj počtu zaměstnanců, strukturu a dojížďku zaměstnanců. V páté části jsou charakterizovány dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy závodu. Poslední část práce se zabývá pozitivními a negativními vlivy závodu, které působí na region. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of the industrial plant DURA Automotive CZ, k.s. The studied plant is located in SO ORP Blatná. The work is divided into the several parts. In the first part are set objectives, analysis of the professional literature and the used methodology. The second part describes the region where the investigated plant is located. The region is characterized by a physical-geographic and socio-economic point of view. In the third part the selected factory is characterized. Also part summarizes its history, main activities, position in global production networks, localization factors and organizational structure. The fourth part is focused on the workforce of the factory. Specifically, personnel departments, staff development, staff structure and commuting. In the fifth part are characterized supplier-customer relations. The last part of the thesis deals with the positive and negative influence of the factory, which affects the region. |
