| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu interní komunikace v konkrétní firmě a následné návrhy na zlepšení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů komunikace, typy a nástroje interní komunikace. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány nefungující interní komunikaci a zlepšení její efektivnosti. V praktické části byla provedena analýza ve vazbě na stanovené cíle. Důležité poznatky k praktické části byly získány dotazníkovým šetřením. Práce přináší několik doporučení pro zefektivnění interní komunikace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is analysis of internal communication in chosen company and for its improvement. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the terms of communication, types and tools of internal communication. The following chapters are devoted to non-functional internal communication and improvements of its effectiveness. In the practical part, the analysis was performed according to the set objectives. Through the survey was obtained important knowledge for the practical part. The thesis brings several recommendations for improvements of internal communication in chosen company. |
