dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá právní analýzou hodnocení jednání z pohledu islámského práva. Vysvětluje základní fungování islámského práva s důrazem na jednání právního subjektu v rámci systému a také komparaci s právním systémem užívaným v České republice. Práce poskytuje bližší náhled na řešenou problematiku. V závěru se pak zabývá výsledky předestřené komparace.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the legal analysis of the evaluation of the behavior from the point of view of Islamic law. It explains the basic functioning of Islamic law with an emphasis on the legal entity's behavior within the system and also a comparison with the legal system used in the Czech Republic. The thesis provides a closer look at the solved problems. In the end, the results of the predicted comparison are discussed.en
