| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje komunistickým elitám, přesněji analýze nomenklaturního systému jako jednomu z principů vládnutí v komunistickém Československu. V prvních kapitolách se věnuji obecnému fungování komunistických režimů a vysvětlení pojmu nomenklatura ve smyslu, který je použit v této práci. Následovně se věnuji historickému vývoji komunistického Československa a osvětluji problematiku kádrové politiky. Hlavní část práce se věnuje problematice nomenklaturního systému. Postupně se v ní věnuji obecnému vládnutí v Československu, vývoji a změnám v nomenklaturním systému, vývoji v nomenklaturním systému jiných vybraných států východního bloku a výhodám a neformálním vztahům příslušníků nomenklatury. |
| Abstract in different language: | This paper deals with the topic of the nomenclature system as one of the ways of governing in the communist Czechoslovakia. In the opening chapters, I characterize the general functioning of the communist regimes and the term ?nomenclature?, in the sense as it is used in this work. Then I describe the historical development of the communist Czechoslovakia and explain the topic of cadre policy. The main part of this paper tackles the development and changes of the nomenclature system in the communist Czechoslovakia. This part deals with the general principles of governing in the former Czechoslovakia, the development and the process of change in the nomenclature system, the development and the changing nomenclature system in selected countries of the Eastern bloc and the benefits that members of the nomenclature enjoyed, as well as their informal relationships. |
