| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma zastoupení se snaží čtenářům poskytnout ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku, se kterou se v praxi běžně setkáváme. Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola definuje pojem zastoupení a věnuje se všeobecným podmínkám, které jsou společné pro všechny druhy zastoupení. Druhá kapitola se zabývá smluvním zastoupením a prokuře. Třetí kapitola popisuje zastoupení zákonné a poslední čtvrtá kapitola svou pozornost věnuje opatrovnictví. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis on the topic of representation is trying to provide readers with a comprehensive view of what they normally encounter in practice. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines a term representation and deals with the general conditions, which are common to all types of representation. The second chapter deals with contractual representation and corporate representation. The third chapter describes legal representation and last chapter pays attention to the guardianship. |
