| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na teorii a metodiku pro dosažení vyšší přesnosti v oblasti lisů pro automobilový průmysl. V úvodní části práce je proveden úvod do oblasti lisů a studium teorie úzce související s dosažením přesnosti. V další části práce jsou řešeny konkrétní metody a postupy u vybraných lisů. Na třech různých typech lisů jsou analyzovány možné fyzikální a procesní metody používané při návrhu lisu, které ovlivňují výslednou dosaženou přesnost. S využitím navržených metod lze dosáhnout vyšší přesnosti než je tomu u způsobů konvenčně používaných. Výpočtovou část práce doplňují provedené experimenty a návrh pokročilé metodiky měření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is focused on the theory and methodology for achieving higher precision in presses for the automotive industry. In the first part of the thesis is an introduction to the area of presses and a theory related to the accuracy. The next part of the thesis deals with specific methods and procedures used on selected presses. Three types of presses are used to analyse the physical and procedural methods used in the press design phase which have an effect on the resulting accuracy. Higher accuracy can be achieved using the proposed methods in comparison with conventional methods. The computational part of the thesis is supplemented with experiments and the design of an advanced measurement methodology. |
