| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce jsou "Právní otázky spojené s poručenstvím a opatrovnictvím".Ve své práci se budu věnovat historickému vývoji institutů poručenství a opatrovnictví, pokusím se vysvětlit základní instituty neodmyslitelně spojené s poručenstvím a opatrovnictvím a dotknu se zákonné úpravy. Poté se budu stručněji zabývat institutem poručenství a opatrovnictví. V závěru shrnu celou problematiku a zamyslím se nad některými aspekty de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master thesis deals with the wardship and custodianship. The first part of the thesis focuses on the historical development of boths institutes. The other parts of the thesis include the Czech and international legislation and detailed description of the basic data as legal eligibility and representation. Parts IV - VI devote in detail to the wardship and trusteeship. The conclusion of thesis summarizes the whole problem and expresses my opinion. |
