| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá rozborem využívání zdrojů z EU v rámci jednotlivých programových období ze strany obcí a krajů. Práce je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. V první je popsáno finanční hospodaření úsc. Druhá kapitola právně popisuje financování dopravní infrastruktury II. a III. třídy a jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů. Ve třetí kapitole je provedena analýza čerpání finančních zdrojů z jednotlivých programových období na zajišťování financování vybraných problémů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the analysis of the use of EU funds within each program period by municipalities and counties. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the financial management of the autonomous regions. The second chapter describes the financing of transport infrastructure II. and III. classes and volunteer fire brigade units. The third chapter analyzes the drawing of financial resources from the individual programming periods to provide funding for selected problems. |
