| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížení zásady rovného zacházení a zákazu diskriminace, konkrétně diskriminace žen, v pracovněprávních vztazích. Práce pojednává o zakotvení této zásady v nadnárodní i národní úrovni a o reálné existenci diskriminace žen v České republice v oblasti pracovněprávních vztahů. Práce zároveň vysvětluje příčiny vzniku výše uvedené diskriminace a možnosti jejího odstranění. Nechybí zde ani uvedení prostředků právní ochrany před diskriminačním jednáním a úvahy de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to introduce the principles of equal treatment and prevention of discrimination, specifically discrimination against women, in labor-law relations. The thesis deals with the anchoring of this principle at the supranational and national level and about the real existence of discrimination against women in the Czech Republic in the area of labor relations. At the same time, the thesis explains the causes of the above-mentioned discrimination and the possibilities of its elimination. There is also the introduction of means of legal protection against discriminatory behavior and de lege ferenda considerations. |
