Abstract:	Práce pojednává o správní a soudní exekuci. Zmiňuji v ní historii exekuce obecně. Dále se zaměřuji detailněji zvlášť na správní exekuci, a zvlášť na exekuci soudní. Za hlavní bod celé práce je poté považována jedna ze závěrečných kapitol, kde dochází k porovnání obou druhů exekucí.
Abstract in different language:	This thesis deals with administrative and judicial execution. I mention the history of execution in general. Furthermore, I focus in more detail on administrative execution, and especially on judicial execution. The main point of the thesis is then considered one of the final chapters where both types of distraint are compared.
