| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem práce jsou neziskové společnosti v České republice. Úvodní kapitola seznamuje s právní úpravou neziskového sektoru, včetně historického exkurzu. Další kapitola již analyzuje vybranou neziskovou organizaci Člověk v tísni o.p.s., přičemž je představena její činnost nejen na území ČR, ale rovněž zahraniční působení. Dále je představena činnost organizace na území Plzeňského kraje. Poslední kapitolou jsou dvě případové studie, na kterých jsou představeny dva velmi časté problémy, které jsou organizací Člověk v tísni řešeny právě v Plzeňském kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main topic of the thesis are non-profit companies in the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter introduces the legal regulation of the non-profit sector, including historical excursion. The next chapter analyzes the selected non-profit organization People in Need, while its activities are presented not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. Furthermore, the activities of the organization in the Pilsen Region are presented in this chapter. The last chapter is two case studies, in which two very common problems are presented, which are being solved by People in Need in the Pilsen Region. |
