| Abstract: | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků v organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky z oblasti vzdělávání a rozvoje, metody vzdělávání, etapy učení a styly učení. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybrané společnosti a je analyzována struktura vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků v organizaci. Spokojenost pracovníků se vzděláváním a rozvojem je zkoumána prostřednictvím výzkumu. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedené možné návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení efektivity vzdělávacího systému v organizaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is education and development of employees in the organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part are described the knowledge of education and development, methods of education, stages of learning and learning styles. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the selected companies and analyzed the structure of the training and development of employees in the organization. Employee satisfaction with education and development is explored through research. In the conclusion of the thesis there are referred to the possible suggestions and recommendations leading to the improvement of the efficiency of the educational system in the organization. |
