Abstract:	Autorka se v této diplomové práci věnuje institutům nájmu a pachtu, jejich vývoji a vzájemné komparaci. Smyslem této práce je především historický vývoj těchto institutů, jejich vymezení v předpisech platných na našem území a jejich současná úprava. Cílem je tedy rozbor těchto dvou institutů, jejich vzájemné porovnání a také porovnání starších právních úprav s aktuální právní úpravou.
Abstract in different language:	In this diploma thesis, the author deals with the rent and lease institutions, their development and mutual comparison. The purpose of this work is above all the historical development of these institutes, their definition in the regulations valid in our territory and their current modification. The aim is therefore to analyze these two institutes, to compare each other and to compare the older legal regulations with the current legislation.
