| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice nákladů exekučního řízení a zároveň z tohoto hlediska popisuje postavení soudních exekutorů. Jedná se o komparativní studii institutu soudního exekutora s instituty notáře a insolvenčního správce z hlediska nákladů vznikajících při výkonu jejich profesí. Součástí práce je i komparace české a slovenské právní úpravy nákladů exekuce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the cost of execution proceedings and at the same time describes the position of judicial officers. It is a comparative study of a judicial officers's institute with notary and insolvency administrator institutes in terms of costs incurred in the exercise of their professions. The thesis also includes a comparison of the Czech and Slovak legal regulation of the cost of execution proceedings. |
