| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má dvě části. První část je teoretická, kde popisuji důvěru pacienta. Jedná se o klíčovou část vztahu mezi pacientem a sestrou. Proto i popisuji, jakým způsobem může sestra získat důvěru pacientů. Dále uvádím etické zásady a zajištění ochrany soukromí pacienta a diskrétnost. Velká část textu je věnována osobní komunikaci, protože značně ovlivňuje důvěru. V praktické části používám kvantitativní metody výzkumu. Výzkum je založen na dotazníku, který byl poskytnul pacientům ve dvou nemocnicích. Odpovědi a výsledky výzkumu jsou diskutovány a detaily lze najít v grafech a tabulkách. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis has two parts. The first is a theoretical part. There I write about a patient trust, in the first part. It is a key component of the patient--nurse relationship and that is why I describe how a nurse can establish the trust relationship with patients. I refer to ethical codes and ensuring the patient privacy protection and respect patient confidentiality. A large portion of text is focused on a personal communication, because it affects the trust a lot. I use the quantitative research in my practical part. My research is build on a questionnaire in two hospitals. Patients contribute me with their answers. Finally, the research result is discussed and more details you can see in graphs and tables |
