| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na historický vývoj horního práva od jeho počátků do 19. století. Zejména se zaměřuje na vývoj horního práva v oblasti jihlavské, kutnohorské a jáchymovské za panování jednotlivých českých králů a na vydání horního zákoníku roku 1854 a předpisy s ním související. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the historical development of mining law from its beginnings to the 19th century. In particular, it focuses on the development of mining law in the Jihlava, Kutná Hora and Jáchymov areas during the reign of individual Czech kings and on the publication of the Mining Code in 1854 and related regulations. |
