| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření zásobníku pro zdokonalování bruslařských dovedností a vybraných HČJ na bruslařském trenažeru. Jejím cílem je sestavit cvičení tak, aby mohli sloužit jako metodická příručka. V teoretické části se práce zabývá historií a popisem Skatemillu, popisem hokejové brusle a dále také významu bruslení a jeho správnému provedení. V praktické části je sestaven zásobník cvičení s jejich popisem. Práce by měla sloužit trenérům pro inspiraci při tvorbě tréninkové jednotky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a stack of exercises designed for a development of skating skills and selected gaming skills of and individual on skating treadmill, which could further serve the purpose of a functional methodical manual. The theoretical section of this thesis deals with the history and the description of a skatemill, description of an ice skate, the essence of skating and its proper technique. Moreover, the practical section consists of the booklet of skatemill exercises. The bachelor thesis is designed to have a practical application and should serve trainers and coaches as in innovative tool in the training process. |
