| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jednou z částí tréninkového procesu vrcholových plavců, kterou je suchá příprava. Pojednává o její důležitosti a představuje, jak by mohl vypadat roční tréninkový plán. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Rozsáhlejší teoretická část se věnuje definici sportovního tréninku a podrobnému popisu jednotlivých částí kondiční přípravy, dále obecné charakteristice plavání a členění tréninkových skupin, následuje komplexní charakteristika jednotlivých složek suché přípravy a v neposlední řadě také periodizace tréninkového procesu a plavecké sezóny. Druhá část, která je označena jako praktická, obsahuje ukázky různých druhů tréninkových jednotek a také rozbor ročního tréninkového plánu suché přípravy, který je k této práci přiložen. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to a part of competitive swimmers' training program, which is dry land training. It discusses the dry land training importance and it shows an example of yearly dry land training plan. The thesis is split into two parts. The first, theoretical, part is devoted to the definition of athletic training and detailed description of each part of the prep conditioning training. Other than that, the thesis includes general characteristic of swimming as a sport and it deals with the structure of different training groups, followed by complex characteristics of each of the dry land training segments. Last but not least, this thesis describes a training program's and swim season's periodic order. The second part of the thesis, which is determined as the practical one, consist of demonstrations of different kinds of practices as well as the analysis of yearly dry land training plan, which is enclosed with the thesis. |
