| Abstract: | Nejprve je provedena důkladná rešerše technologií výkonových GaN tranzistorů, následuje rešerše Si MOSFET tranzistorů. V návaznosti na to jsou porovnány tranzistory a probráno GaN HEMT spínání na 1MHz a Si MOSFET spínání na 1kHz. V poslední části se práce zabývá zvolením vhodných budících obvodů pro tyto tranzistory v zapojení do půl můstku. Návrh budících obvodů zahrnuje výběr a dimenzování galvanicky izolovaného driveru, galvanicky izolovaného DC zdroje připojeného k driveru a obvodu pro generování mrtvých časů. |
| Abstract in different language: | First, a thorough exploration of GaN power transistors technology is performed, followed by exploration of Si MOSFET transistors technology. After, the transistors are compared and GaN HEMT switching at 1MHz is discused, then Si MOSFET switching at 1kHz is discused. In the last part, the thesis deals with the selection of suitable driver circuits for these half-bridge transistors. The driver circuit design includes the selection and sizing of a galvanically isolated driver, a galvanically isolated DC source connected to a driver and a dead time generation circuit. |
