| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřená na oblast správního trestání, kde dochází k udělování pokut za protiprávní jednání. Hlavním cílem bylo zaměřit se na přestupkové řízení, ale i na ostatní správní delikty a nastínit danou problematiku jako jsou zásady ukládání pokut, jejich výše a dále opravné prostředky, kterými obviněný disponuje a to ve všech oblastech správního trestání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the area of administrative punishment, where fines are imposed for unlawful conduct. The main objective was to focus on misdemeanor proceedings, but also on other administrative offenses and outline the issues such as the imposition of fines, their amount and the remedies available to the accused in all areas of administrative punishment. |
