| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pokut, přestupkového řízení a přestupků obecně. Součástí bakalářské práce je rovněž historický exkurz, který je zaměřen na právní úpravu pokut a přestupků na našem území během důležitých historických milníků. Práce obsahuje i mezinárodní srovnání, které cílí na porovnání právní úpravy České republiky a zemí, které s Českou republikou sousedí. Závěrem se pak práce snaží zhodnotit aktuální právní úpravu a nabídnout i kritický pohled s případnými vylepšeními. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of fines, misdemeanor proceedings and misdemeanors in general. Part of the thesis is also a historical excursion, which is focused on the legal regulation of fines and offenses in our territory during important historical milestones. The thesis also contains an international comparison, which aims to compare the legislation of the Czech Republic and the neighboring countries of the Czech Republic.At the end of the thesis tries to evaluate the current legislation and offer a critical view with possible improvements. |
