| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První, teoretická část, se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů komunikace, členění interní komunikace, efektivní vnitropodnikovou komunikaci a na komunikační formy a nástroje. Druhá, praktická část, popisuje Bioptickou laboratoř s.r.o. a zaměřuje se na analýzu komunikace uvnitř této společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of internal communication in the selected company. The study consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part, focuses on explaining the concepts of communication, division of internal communication, effective internal communication and communication forms and tools. The practical part describes Biopticka laborator s.r.o. and focuses on the analysis of communication within this company. |
