| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na možnosti, kterými se malé podniky či podnik jednotlivce může vydat, aby si zachoval svou pozici na trhu. Toto téma jsem si vybral hlavně proto, že v blízkém kruhu se tato situace objevila a je tak nutné ji řešit v praktickém životě. První část je zaměřena hlavně na základní definice a poznatky, na kterých je stavěna praktická část bakalářské práce. Druhá část zhodnocuje současnou situaci vybraného podniku, analyzuje slabé a silné stránky podniku. Tímto jsou získána data nezbytná pro návrh a rozhodnutí v dalším kroku. Třetí část pak představuje tři varianty, pro které se lze rozhodnout a následně je vybráno optimální řešení současné situace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted work is focused on the possibilities the small or individual enterprises can pursue in order to maintain their position on the market. I chose this topic mainly because this situation appeared in the close circle and it is necessary to solve it in practical life. The first part focuses mainly on the basic definitions and findings on which the practical part of the thesis is based. The second part evaluates the current situation of the selected company, analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the company. This provides the data necessary for options and decision in the next step. The third part then presents three options for which the company can decide and subsequently the optimal solution of the current situation is chosen. |
