| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením výživného na nezletilé děti a vyživovací povinností rodičů k dítěti. Uvádí, jaké aspekty musí soud před rozhodnutím o výživném ze strany povinného rodiče a oprávněného dítěte přezkoumat, v jakém rozsahu soud může rozhodnout a jakými metodami tak činí. V neposlední řadě poukazuje na možné změny české právní úpravy inspirované cizími zeměmi v budoucnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the determination of maintenance. It also deals with the parent's maintenance obligation to the minors, examining its origin, course, change and extinction. It states what aspects the court must examine before deciding on the maintenance, both by the obligaded parent and by the entitled child. Last but not least, it points to possible changes of the czech law system inspired by foreign countries in the future. |
