| Abstract: | V teoretické části jsme čtenáře seznámili se stručnou historií extrémních překážkových závodů. Vytvořili jsme přehled a popis překážek, které se vyskytují na závodě Predator Race. Uvedli jsme pravidla a organizace závodu zmíněného pořadatele. Dále zde byla rozdělena typologie českých, ale i zahraničních úrovní typu mistrovství Evropy a mistrovství světa. Stručně jsme charakterizovali makrocyklus OCR závodník, jeho vliv na organismus a pohybové schopnosti OCR závodníka včetně příkladů metod jednotlivých tréninků. Také jsme uvedli tréninkovou jednotku včetně možnosti jejího zázemí a náčiní. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the barchelor thesis is breifly discribed the history of the extreme obstacle races their organisation and overview of obstacles. The typology of the races, the characteristics of the OCR runner and all aspects associated with training are also mentioned. The aim of the work was to analyse the individual difficulties of the racing levels of the extreme obstacle race Predator Race. Further suggest variations of training methods that will benefit the athlete's development in this circuit. The entire cycle lasted about one year, when all levels of the Predator Race obstacle race were tested. All measured values were shown in charts and tables using Garmin Vivoactive 3 compared to other races. According to the results, an ideal training option was designed for each race. |
