| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou vybrané změny českého vězeňství v rámci reformy od roku 1989. Zásadními snahami této reformy jsou dehumanizace, demilitarizace, depolitizace a decentralizace. V souvislosti s těmito snahami vydaly příslušné orgány od roku 1991 tři koncepce vězeňství, které obsahují návrhy na dílčí změny. V bakalářské práci budu pracovat především s posledními dvěma koncepcemi, které vznikly v důsledku vývojových trendů a vstupem České republiky do EU. Cílem této práce je odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, která zní: Jakým způsobem vypovídají vybrané statistické ukazatele a zaměstnanci věznic o reformě českého vězeňství po roce 1989? Na tuto otázku se pokusím odpovědět skrze svůj výzkum, který bude vycházet především z analýzy relevantních dokumentů, vybraných statistických ukazatelů a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci věznic. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with selected changes in the Czech prison system as part of the reform since 1989. The fundamental efforts of this reform are dehumanization, demilitarization, depoliticization and decentralization. In the context of these efforts, since 1991, the competent authorities have issued three penitentiary concepts that contain proposals for partial amendments. In this bachelor thesis I will work mainly with the last two concepts that arose as a result of development trends and the Czech Republic's accession to the EU. The aim of this work is to answer the research question which is: How do the selected statistical indicators and prison staff say about the reform of the Czech prison system after 1989? I will try to answer this question through my research, which will be based primarily on the analysis of relevant documents, selected statistical indicators and interviews with prison staff. |
