| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu úspěšnosti transformačního procesu v České republice. Cílem práce je popsat celý proces transformace, zejména jeho plánování, podstatu a strategii. V této souvislosti se práce zaměřuje hlavně na popis prvního pilíře transformace - privatizace. Na tomto základě práce pokračuje v hodnocení úspěchu řady společností. Závěrečnou fází jsou návrhy autora v oblasti hospodářské politiky, které vycházejí ze zkušeností z těchto případových studií. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the success of the transformation process in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to describe the whole process of transformation, in particular its planning, essence and strategy. In this context, the work focuses mainly on the description of the first pillar of transformation - privatization. On this basis, work continues to evaluate the success of a number of companies. The final stage is the proposals made by the author in the field of economic policy, which draw on the experience of these case studies. |
