| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice syndromu vyhoření u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků. Zaměřuje se na všeobecné sestry působící v Ústavu pro péči o matku a dítě v Praze (ÚPMD). V teoretické části sleduje vymezení pojmu syndrom vyhoření, jeho příčiny, příznaky a problematiku stresu. Dále se věnuje preventivním opatřením a léčbě. V praktické části bakalářské práce se na základě získaných informací ze standardizovaného dotazníku č.2 a vytvořeného dotazníku č.1 analyzují podle zvolených měřítek (delka jejich praxe, dosažené vzdělání a pracovní vztahy na oddělení) a vyhodnocují rizika projevů syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester v ÚPMD. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome in health professionals. It focused on general nurses working in the Institute for Maternal and Child Care in Prague. In the theoretical part it follows the definition of the term burnout syndrome, it is causes, symptoms and stressissues. In addition it is engaged in preventive measures and treatment. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, on the basis of the information obtained from the standardized questionnaire No.2 and the constructed questionnaire No.1 they are analysed according to the selected standards (length of their practice, educational attainment and working relationships in the department), and evaluate the risk of son-drom burnout in general nurses in the Institute for Maternal and Child Care. |
