| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o potenciální dárce orgánů. V teoretické části jsou popsané historické počátky transplantací, potřebná legislativa, seznámení s transplantačním programem v České republice, možné způsoby ošetřovatelské péče o dárce orgánů a s ní spojená příprava a vyšetření před samotným odběrem orgánu či orgánů. Součástí práce jsou také zmíněny etické problémy, které velmi úzce souvisí s transplantačním programem. V praktické části jsme pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci od-dělení anestezie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny (OARIM) zjišťovali a ověřovali v teorii popsané způsoby ošetřovatelské péče o dárce orgánů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor´s thesis deals with problems in care of potencial donor organs. In the first part l´ve described the history of transplantations at their beginnings, the needed legislation, introduction into the transplantation program in Czech Republic, different approaches to care for these donor organs and pretest/pre-care procedures before the transplantation of an organ or organs. Part of the thesis also includes the ethical issues which are linked closely to the transplantation programme. Then in practical, using different discussion techniques, interviewing staff from different departments such as anaesthetics, resuscitation and Intensive Care medicine (OARIM) and finally finding out what works in different approaches to care for donor patients. |
