| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plicní ventilace. V teoretické rovině definuje základní terminologii; hlouběji řeší zejména tematiku neinvazivní plicní ventilace. Zabývá se jednotlivými typy neinvazivní plicní ventilace. Na základě literární rešerše vyvozuje výhody a nevýhody využívání neinvazivní plicní ventilace. Mapuje komunikační možnosti mezi ošetřovateli a pacienty. Praktická část přináší zhodnocení náročnosti při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče a zkušenosti všeobecných sester v teoretických i praktických oblastech v péči o nemocného s neinvazivní plicní ventilací. Dotazníkové šetření prokázalo, že institucionální vzdělání ani délka praxe nemají jednoznačně vliv na znalostní standard respondentů, tj. na sestry a záchranáře ošetřující pacienty napojené na neinvazivní plicní ventilaci. Šetření přineslo poznatky o materiálovém vybavení jednotek intenzivní péče a urgentního příjmu potřebném k péči o pacienta. Výsledky průzkumu ukázaly, že ve výzkumném prostředí Karlovarské krajské nemocnice pacienti dostávají dostatek informací týkající se jejich aktuálního zdravotního stavu a způsobu léčby. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis aims at the topic of lung ventilation. At the theoretical level, it defines the basic terminology; in depth it focuses on the aspect of non-invasive pulmonary ventilation. It explores different types of non-invasive ventilation. Based on a literature review it concludes the advantages and disadvantages of using non-invasive pulmonary ventilation. It maps the communication channels between nurses and patients. The practical part of the assignment summarises nursing barriers in delivery of care for patients on non-invasive ventilation. It also evaluates the theoretical and practical experience of general nurses providing care of patients with non-invasive pulmonary ventilation. The survey results shown that neither the institutional education nor the length of practice has a clear impact on the knowledge of respondents, ie nurses and paramedics looking after patients on noninvasive pulmonary ventilation. The investigation highlighted the need for availability of medical equipment to deliver non -invasive pulmonary ventilation across intensive care units and emergency department. The results of the survey also concluded that patients admitted to Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital receive sufficient information regarding their current state of health and treatment. |
