| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce obsahuje vyhodnocení monitoringu podnikové kultury ve vybraných firmách na českém trhu. Monitoring je přehledně zaznamenán pomocí grafů a závěrem je zhodnocení vlivu firemní kultury na výkonnost podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis contains the evaluation of monitoring of corporate culture in selected companies on the Czech market. Monitoring is clearly illustrated by the graphs. In the conclusion is evaluated the influence of company culture on business performance. |
