| Abstract: | Rigorózní práce se věnuje právní úpravě institutu spolupracujícího obviněného, která je v českém právním řádu obsažena v ustanovení § 178a trestního řádu a souvisejících ustanoveních trestního zákoníku. Cílem rigorózní práce je analýza platné a účinné právní úpravy institutu spolupracujícího obviněného, její vyhodnocení z hlediska jejích aplikačních možností, jakož i zasazení zkoumané právní úpravy do historického, teoretického a praktického kontextu, včetně vyjádření návrhů možných změn současného pojetí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The rigorosum thesis deals with the legal regulation of the institute of cooperating defendant, which is in the Czech legal order contained in the § 178a of the Code of Criminal Procedure and related provisions of the Criminal Code. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the valid legal regulation of the institute of the cooperating defendant, its evaluation in terms of its application possibilities, and to place the examined legal regulation in the historical, theoretical and practical context, including expressing proposals for possible changes of the current concept. |
