| Abstract: | Cílem disertační práce je identifikovat potenciálně kritické oblasti, které souvisí s odlehčením frézovací hlavy a to hlavně v důsledku vyplnění těla frézy "lattice" strukturou. V rámci této činnosti byly provedeny experimenty, které objasňují závažnost objevených možných rizik a jejich výstupy jsou v konečné fázi uplatněny pro návrhy odlehčení. Mezi ně byly zařazeny varianty odlehčené frézy "lattice" strukturou, ale i varianty, které vznikly na základě bionických úprav a rozměrové parametrizace navržené příčky uvnitř obálky frézy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the dissertation is to identify potentially critical areas that are related to the relief of the milling head, mainly due to the filling of the cutter body with a "lattice" structure. As part of this activity, experiments were performed that clarify the severity of the identified potential risks and their outputs are ultimately applied to relief proposals. Among them were variants of the lightweight cutter with a "lattice" structure, but also variants that arose on the basis of bionic modifications and dimensional parameterization of the designed partition inside the cutter cover. |
