| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezení pojmu závazku, stručná charakteristika jeho prvků a druhů, změn a zajištění, podrobné zaměření na způsoby jeho zániku, specifikace jednotlivých způsobů zániku závazků z pohledu aktuální právní úpravy. Dále zamyšlení nad některými nejasnými otázkami úpravy zániku závazků v občanském zákoníku v kontextu s komentářovou literaturou, judikaturou a předcházející právní úpravou v občanském zákoníku z roku 1964 a obchodním zákoníku z roku 1991. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the term obligation, a brief description of its elements and types, amendments and security, detailed focus on the ways of its termination, specification of the particular ways of termination of obligations according to the current legislation. The thesis also reflects on some unclear issues regarding amendments of this area in the Civil Code in the context of commentary literature, case-law and previous legislation in the Civil Code of 1964 and the Commercial Code of 1991. |
