| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza devizových intervencí České národní banky z let 2013-2017 a jejich dopad na českou ekonomiku. První kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů bankovní systém a centrální banka. Druhá kapitola pojednává o monetární politice, o jejích nástrojích a o kanálech, skrze které centrální banka dosahuje stanovené cíle. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu stavu ekonomiky před zahájením devizových intervencí a na zhodnocení makroekonomických ukazatelů, které podle tehdejšího guvernéra ČNB vedly k rozhodnutí o přijetí kurzového závazku. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá analýzou makroekonomických ukazatelů a výsledků hospodaření ČNB v souvislosti s devizovými intervencemi. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení reálných, ale i potenciálních dopadů devizových intervencí na českou ekonomiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The objective of the thesis is to analyze foreign exchange intervention of the Czech National bank between years 2013-2017 and its impact on the Czech economy. The first chapter is oriented towards the definition of the terms of bank and banking system. The second chapter is focused on the monetary policy and its tools and channels through which the National Bank is achieving its goals. The following chapter includes the analysis of the condition of the economy before the foreign exchange intervention was launched and on the evaluation of macroeconomic indicators that were important for its launching according to the then governor of the Czech National Bank. The fourth chapter is focusing on the analysis of macroeconomic indicators during the foreign exchange intervention. In the fifth and last chapter the potentional and real impacts of the foreign exchange intervention on the Czech economy are evaluated. |
