| Abstract: | Tato rigorozní práce se zabývá tématem daňových trestných činů, jejich odhalováním a bojem proti nim. Cílem je komplexně analyzovat současnou právní úpravu v České republice, a to jak z hlediska jednotlivých druhů daňových trestných činů, tak z hlediska obecného, a nalézt slabá místa přípravného řízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This rigorous thesis deals with the topic of tax crimes, their detection and the fight against them. The aim is to comprehensively analyse the current legislation in the Czech Republic, both in terms of individual types of tax crimes and from a general point of view, and to find weaknesses in the preparatory procedure. |
