Abstract in different language: | The problem of increasing the creative self-realization of students at school is touched upon. On the basis of the MBOU "Stavrovskaya Secondary School" of the Vladimir Region, he was the creator of the program of the creative association "Quintessence", which opens up the opportunity to gather "under one roof" for adolescents who are in need of creativity or are inspired by creativity. The experience of managing two areas of additional education is described -the Photo Workshop "In the lens" and the musical project "The Art of Sound". The purpose of the functioning of a photo workshop is to study basic photographs, build photo compositions, develop skills in using a camera and a video camera. The aim of the "Art of Sound" project is to form the musical culture of students as part of their general and spiritual culture. The musical direction "Quintessence" for children, mostly without musical education, helps in the process of creating electronic music and vocal and instrumental grouping.The subject specialization of school teachers is a valuable, but not the only resource of the school education system. Non-formal education, obtained through the strength of their development of a wide range of their abilities, a powerful hidden reserve education resource. Therefore, the construction of models of additional education in each school as a variable component of the educational process that creates a creative environment for students' self-realization has a real perspective. |
