| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit situaci obchodu B&H Music zhlediska podnikatelského prostředí, ve kterém se podnik nachází. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny obecné informace o podniku. V druhé kapitole jsou představeny MSP a jejich význam pro ekonomiku. Třetí kapitola slouží jako teoretický základ pro práci. Vymezuje makroprostředí, PEST analýzu, mezoprostředí, Porterovu analýzu pěti sil, mikroprostředí, finanční analýzu, SWOT a TOWS analýzu. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou pak tyto analýzy zpracovány. Velká pozornost byla věnována hrozbám a příležitostem získaných z PEST a Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a silných a slabých stránek získaných z finanční analýzy a analýzy interního prostředí. Ty pak sloužily pro zpracování SWOT analýzy. TOWS pak navázala na SWOT analýzu a použila silné stránky a hrozby podniku kvytvoření S-T strategie, kde silné stránky slouží k minimalizaci hrozeb. Nakonec byla zpracována doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this work is to evaluate the situation of the B&H Music store in terms of the business environment of the company.The first chapter provides general information about the company.The second chapter introduces SMEs and their importance for the economy. The third chapter serves as a theoretical basis for the paper.It defines the macroenvironment, PEST analysis, mesoenvironment, Porter's analysis of the five forces, microenvironment, financial analysis, SWOT, and TOWS analysis.In the fourth chapter, these analyzes were written up. Great attention was paid to the threats and opportunities identified from PEST and Porter's analysis of the five forces and strengths and weaknesses identified from financial analysis and analysis of the internal environment. These were then used to write up the SWOT analysis. TOWS then followed up on the SWOT analysis and used the company's strengths and threats in the S-T strategy, where the strengths serve to minimize threats. Finally, recommendations were made to improve the economic situation of the company. |
