| Abstract: | Investiční potřeby venkovských regionů a jejich identifikace jsou důležitou součástí podpory místního rozvoje venkova. Vzhledem k rozdílům mezi jednotlivými obcemi a jejich potřebami se tato práce snaží při porovnání dvou odlišných typů venkova, tj. periferní regiony a venkovské obce v zázemí metropolitních jader, najít jak společné problémy a potřeby, tak i ty specifické pro daný region. V teoretické části práce je popsáno vymezení, stručná historie a možnosti typologie českého venkova. V praktické části jsou pak vybrány dva správní obvody zastupující porovnávané typy venkova. Dále je provedena jejich analýza, porovnání a vyhodnocení jejich odpovědí z dotazníkového šetření provedeného na přelomu roku 2019 a 2020. K analýze byla použita data z veřejné databáze Českého statistického úřadu a strategických plánů obou ORP, z nichž některá byla znázorněna za pomoci grafů či obrázků. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že největším problémem obou regionů je často zmiňovaný nedostatek v oblasti technické infrastruktury a celkové občanské vybavenosti. V závěru jsou také analyzovány konkrétní problémy a potřeby správních obvodů Sušice a Přeštice, a také jsou navrženy další kroky pro zlepšení situace budoucího místního rozvoje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The investment needs of rural municipalities and their identification are an important part of supporting local rural development. Because of the differences between individual municipalities and their needs, this thesis tries to find both common problems and needs of both regions and those that are specific to the given region, in this example peripheral regions and rural municipalities in the hinterland of metropolitan cores. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the definition, brief history and possible types of typology of the Czech countryside. In the practical part, two administrative districts representing the compared types of countryside are selected. Furthermore, they are analyzed, compared and evaluation of their answers from a questionnaire survey conducted at the turn of 2019 and 2020 is made. Data come from the public database of the Czech Statistical Office and strategic plans of both administrative districts, some of which were shown with the help of graphs or pictures. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the biggest problems of both regions are the often mentioned lack of technical infrastructure and overall civic amenities. Finally, the specific problems and needs of the administrative districts of Sušice and Přeštice are also analyzed, and further steps are proposed to improve the situation of future local development. |
