| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Význam personálního plánování v organizaci? je průzkum uplatnění personálních činností, které souvisejí s personálním plánováním v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část pojednává o jednotlivých složkách personálního plánování, např. personální plány, získávání nových zaměstnanců, rozvoj zaměstnanců a další. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu slabých stránek podniku v oblasti personálního plánování a konkrétní návrhy na jejich překonání. V závěru jsou stručně shrnuty návrhy a doporučení pro řešení nalezených nedostatků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of bachelor work ?The importance of personnel planning at an organization? is the research of using personnel activities, which are connected with personnel planning at concrete company. The theoretical part treats of individual parts of personnel planning, e. g. personal plans, labor recruitment, employee appraisal and other. The practical part is oriented to analysis of weak spots in the sphere of personnel planning and concrete proposals to overcome the weak spots. In the final part, there are shortly summarized recommendations and proposals to solve problems found in the analysis. |
