| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu faktorů úspěšnosti vybraného podniku Galanterie. Cílem je definovat jeho silné a slabé stránky, zhodnotit finanční situaci a následně určit finanční a nefinanční faktory zaručující jeho úspěch. Za tímto účelem je podnik analyzován pomocí strategické a finanční analýzy. V této práci je využit Porterův model pěti sil, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza pro odhalení nefinančních faktorů podniku a provedena analýza poměrovými ukazateli pro vyhodnocení finančních faktorů. Komplexní zhodnocení podniku je popsáno pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Na základě získaných dat z provedených analýz je na závěr provedeno celkové zhodnocení úspěšnosti podniku a navržena další možná opatření a doporučení včetně kalkulace nákladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of success factors of the selected company Galanterie. The aim is to define its strengths and weaknesses, assess the financial situation, and then identify the financial and non-financial factors that guarantee its success. For this purpose, the enterprise is analyzed by strategic and financial analysis. In this thesis, Porter's five forces model, PEST analysis, and SWOT analysis are used to reveal the enterprise's non-financial factors. To evaluate financial factors, the ratio analysis is performed. A comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise is described using the Balanced Scorecard method. Based on the data obtained from the analyzes, an overall evaluation of the enterprise's success is made. In conclusion, possible measures and recommendations including cost calculation are proposed. |
