| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice informovaných souhlasů používaných při radiodiagnostických vyšetřeních v Nemocnici Sokolov. Skládá se z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje definování pojmu informovaný souhlas, pojednává o jeho významu, principech, historii a formách, popisuje jeho právní oporu a zdůvodňuje jeho existenci a nutnost využívání ve zdravotnictví, včetně přínosů pro pacienta i zdravotnický personál. V praktické části je zpracován dotazník, který si klade za cíl zmapovat informovanost a srozumitelnost poskytnutých informací u pacientů podstupujících radiodiagnostický výkon, dále porovnává několik konkrétních informovaných souhlasů z různých zdravotnických pracovišť rozdílných úrovní. |
| Abstract in different language: | he thesis deals with the problematic of informed consent used for diagnostic radiological examinations in the Sokolov Hospital. The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the definition of the term informed consent, discusses its significance, principles, history and forms, describes its legal support and explains its existence and the need to use it in health care including all benefits for both patient and medical staff. In the practical part is processed the survey which aimed to map the information value and comprehensibility of the provided information of patients undergoing a diagnostic radiological procedure and then compares a few specific informed consents from various medical workplaces of different levels |
