| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá florbalovým tréninkem, jeho dělením a také specifičností trénování žen ve florbalu. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit zásobník cvičení pro zdokonalení herních kombinací. Zásobník cvičení obsahuje 16 cvičení, které se dají samozřejmě různě upravovat dle potřeby trenéra. U každého cvičení je popsáno jeho provedení a také vložen obrázek z animace pro snazší představu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis takes a look at floorball training programs, their comp[osition and implementation, and specifically examine the training of female athletes in the sport. The goal is to create an exercise regimen that would lead to improved game results and combinations. The program that is suggested contains a set of 16 exercises, all of which can be modified according to the needs of the coach, and just as importantly the abilities of the individual athlete. Each exercise and its correct implementation is described and an image from the animation to assist in a better understanding. |
