| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje přehled výrobního programu zadavatele, firmy ŠMT a.s. Dále následuje popis technologie broušení. Další část se věnuje konstrukčnímu návrhu brousicí hlavy. Rozměry ozubených kol a hřídelů byly získány výpočtovými programy KISSsys a KISSsoft. Charakteristiky dalších spojení byly navrženy pomocí programu Mitcalc. Dále byla zjištěna tuhost a vlastní kmity pomocí metody konečných prvků. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje automatickému vyvažování brusného kotouče. V závěru práce přináší model a konstrukční dokumentaci hlavy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis includes products overview of company ŠMT a.s. After that follows description of grinding technology. Gear and shaft dimensions were designed by calculation programs KISSsys and KISSsoft. Characteristic of other connections were designed by program Mitcalc. Furthermore, the stiffness and natural oscillations were determined using the finite element method. Finally yet importantly, the work deals with the automatic balancing of the grinding wheel. At the end of the work brings a model and design documentation of the head. |
